The Forensic Archive of Iran supports governmental and international institutions with provenance research into Iranian artefacts recovered from illicit trade. Our work examines available evidence concerning objects’ origins, ownership histories, and movement.

Through our international network of specialists in Iranian heritage and archaeology, we also help connect institutions with expertise relevant to particular objects, historical periods, and research questions.
